As many predicted would be the case, Brandon Vera has established himself as one of ONE Championship’s top fighters. Case in point, he holds the promotion’s heavyweight title.
Well, recently ONE shared out Vera’s third fight with the organization, which saw him take out Hideki Sekine.
As you can see by watching the video below, Vera quickly went to work against Sekine with body kicks and punches. The bout was Vera’s second as ONE’s heavyweight champ.
The 42-year-old Vera (16-8) is expected to face fellow UFC vet, Arjan Bhullar next. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, however, it’s not clear yet when the bout will happen.
Vera will be looking to get back on track, as he’s coming off a stoppage loss to ONE’s light-heavyweight champ, Aung La N Sang.
