Jacob Audrey Roloff Black Lives Matter activism Little People Big World

Jacob Roloff left the reality tv show “Little People, Big World” many years ago. And, he’s not coming back this season either. Now he’s at odds with his family in a very public fashion for not aligning with his leftwing extremist views. Jacob is a Black Lives Matter activist and recently took shots at Audrey and the rest of the Roloff family on social media.

He’s been vocal about his feelings toward the tv show and blasted it for making up scenes for the sake of drama. A couple of years ago, he released a book called Verbing that led to some miscommunications with his family.

Right now, his social media accounts highlight what appears to a disturbing rift with his family over his left-wing ideology.

Jacob Roloff And Black Lives Matter

The youngest Roloff son is very vocal on Twitter about what many would view as extremist activism.

He is very engrossed in the Black Lives Matter movement. He even retweeted a tweet (below) that calls a crying child of a police officer an “insufferable bitch.”

The officer in question wasn’t accused of anything. Jacob just wanted to demean the child because her father wears a badge.

It’s one thing to be involved in a movement or offer support.

It’s another thing entirely to take it to the level which Jacob has. He has even taken aim at his own family, tweeting “I, too, am embarrassed to be related to Trump voters.”

Jacob leaves no room for any disagreement with his extremist views. He cannot handle dissenting viewpoints.

Jacob’s Feud With Sister-In-Law Audrey Roloff

On June 2, Audrey showed support of the Black Lives Matter movement with an Instagram post saying she is listening and learning.

She also shared a video on Instagram Stories that was a call for unity.

Her brother initially shared the video on his page and Audrey then put it on her Story.

This appears to be have been a real catalyst for Jacob’s anger. He did not feel that Audrey Roloff was qualified to even show support.

Jacob responded to his sister-in-law saying, “Things like this are very, very bad. White people with moneyed cameras and moneyed families using black music, black message, black faces, to spread police propaganda and white Christian voices while contributing nothing to the movement, no call to donation, no call to action; only empty gestures and fancy platitudes. This is not activism.”

This wasn’t enough for Jacob. He took aim at Audrey’s family, too.

He also took to Audrey’s brother’s Instagram account to attempt to shame him about the video as well.

“This is police propaganda ignoring the fact that in several of the clips, hours later the same police were tear gassing protesters and suited in riot gear,” Jacob wrote about a video Audrey’s brother shared.

“The SAME cities where they get kudos for kneeling. We should be sharing videos from black perspectives, not white videos of white perspectives with black music!”

Jacob Pushes His Agenda

That wasn’t enough. That same day, Jacob tagged members of his family in a post on his Instagram account about donating to Black Lives Matter Funds.

He wanted to bring it to the attention of his family’s white followers. He believes they should donate to these causes because they are privileged.

“Tagging my family (those with great followings) because they have majority white audiences who desperately require a call to solidarity with these protesters and dissenters. Hoping for a repost of these or like-so images.

This is surely a moment in American history; between racism and anti-racism; fall to fascism or anti-fascism; despotic regime or active democracy. .
Even at the defeat of trump we will have the structural work to do, for Trump is a mere symptom, however terrible, that the system did carry on feathers and silver platter to where he is and remains,” Jacob ended his post below saying.

Every family encounters bumps in the road, but Jacob appears to be very divided from his relatives at the moment.

He does not appear to accept that they don’t share his activism.
