Conor McGregor first pitch

Former two-division UFC champion Conor McGregor has been active once more on social media regarding his future fight plans.

After watching as Justin Gaethje claimed the interim lightweight title this past weekend at UFC 249 with a victory over Tony Ferguson, “Notorious” mentioned his plans for the summer.

“See you in July,” McGregor posted on Twitter.

He added “After this division demolition job. It is 170lbs.”

McGregor also took aim at former opponent and reigning UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov.

“Don’t ever say you represent the great nation of the United States of America ever again,” he wrote. “No true American would speak so highly of, or allow, a convicted member of a Jihadi terror cell represent them. Never forget! You are a fucking blind fool, and I am going to finish the job.

“Khabib you absolute embarrassment. Scurrying, hiding rat as usual. As I have said many times. As has been seen many times. Through the pane of glass it was confirmed what was always known.”

From there, McGregor cited Nurmagomedov’s “No comment” post on Twitter after the Gaethje victory, adding “lol. An embarrassment to real fighting.”
