With UFC 248 now in the books, much of the MMA spotlight will turn to focus on the upcoming fight between Khabib Nurmagomedov and Tony Ferguson. As a means to expedite that process, the UFC’s shared out a new promo for the fight titled “The Most Anticipated Fight in UFC History”.

Nurmagomedov vs. Ferguson

While the upcoming, April 18th bout probably won’t generate as much money as Khabib’s 2018 grudge match with Conor McGregor, in hardcore circles, it’s a fight that has a ton of hype. After all, in Nurmagomedov we’re talking about a fighter who has gone 28-0 to date, and who was dominated many of of his opponents with his wrestling and top game.

In Ferguson, you have one of the most dynamic and dangerous lightweights in the game, who has won 12 straight fights. Further adding to the fight’s intrigue is the fact Khabib and Tony have been booked to fight four times before, but each bout fell through, due to injuries or medical issues.
