Bare Knuckle FC 11 Postponed Until June Due To COVID-19

After discussions with officials from Sedgwick County, the Sedgwick County Health Department, ASM Global and INTRUST Bank Arena about the concern of the COVID-19 virus, Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship 11, which had been scheduled to take place this Saturday, March 14 at INTRUST Bank Arena in Wichita, Kan. and live on pay-per-view, has been postponed to Saturday, June 20.

“With the health and safety concerns of everyone involved, and the mandate carried out by officials, it is unfortunate that we were not able to put on BKFC 11, which would have been our highest attended event yet,” said BKFC founder and president David Feldman. “We have rescheduled the event for Saturday, June 20. Our thoughts and prayers are with everybody affected at this difficult time.”

Tickets purchased for the original event date will be honored for the newly rescheduled date. Fans that are unable to attend the new date can obtain a refund at their original point of purchase. Refunds will only be honored through Friday, March 20.

About Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship

On June 2, 2018, Philadelphia-based Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) made combat sports history when it promoted the first legal, sanctioned and regulated bare knuckle event in the United States since 1889. “BKFC 1: The Beginning” took place in Cheyenne, Wyoming and featured 10 professional bouts, all under the auspices and control of the Wyoming Combative Sports Commission.

BKFC uses only established fighters who have previously competed professionally in boxing, MMA, kickboxing and/or Muay Thai. All BKFC bouts are sanctioned and regulated by ABC member athletic commissions.
