A little while ago, Khabib Nurmagomedov reported that his younger cousin Umar Nurmagomedov was headed to the UFC. In addition, it looks like Umar could compete at UFC 249, the same night Khabib will battle Tony Ferguson.

Nurmagomedov (12-0) is coming off a submission win over Braian Gonzalez at at Gorilla Fighting Championship card in November. The Dagestani fighter competed for the Professional Fighters League twice, and scored two wins.
