Larry David Wants Trump Supporters To Be Alienated By His MAGA Hat Clip

Larry David has found himself in the news today after President Donald Trump posted a clip from his long-running HBO show “Curb Your Enthusiasm”. The 28-second clip shows Larry David wearing a MAGA hat. Now, an interview is making the rounds in which the Seinfeld co-creator makes it clear that he was not afraid of alienating Trump supporters. In fact, Larry David supports the MAGA hat clip having that effect.

Larry David Doesn’t Care About Alienating Trump Supporters

In the MAGA hat bit from “Curb Your Enthusiasm” that Trump shared, Larry David’s character finds that wearing the pro-Trump “MAGA” hat is a great “people repellent.” Last month, he was asked in an interview if he was “afraid of alienating” Trump supporters with the episode.

“There are people that wear the MAGA hat and like what the MAGA hat represents,” interviewer Michael Kay said. “Are you afraid about alienating them? They could be fans of the show?”

“Alienate yourself. Go, go and alienate!” David replied. “You have my blessing. No, I could give a f–k.”

Larry David’s Past Bashing Of Trump And His Supporters

Liberals have been trying to portray Trump as stupid for posting the clip, claiming that he did not realize it was meant to be offensive to his supporters. Conservatives, meanwhile, have said that Trump was trying to troll David and his fellow liberals by twisting a clip that was meant to make fun of his supporters into something positive to them.

This is far from the first time David has made it clear that he has no respect for Trump or his supporters. In a recent interview with GQ, David recalled being at a posh country club in Los Angeles recently and seeing a clip of Trump making a statement on one of the televisions.

“Stop lying, you a—hole!” David recalled screaming.

When asked if he was insecure about the fact that some conservative members of the club may have been in earshot at that moment, David replied, “I talk louder on purpose when they’re around.”

He Hates Fox News

David also talked about his hatred for Fox News, bizarrely comparing the network to the Berlin Wall.

‘To me, if somebody bought Fox News, I would feel the same as I felt when the Berlin Wall came down,” David said. “That feeling of euphoria, like the world was going to change.”

David is clearly a typical member of Hollywood’s liberal elite who has no respect for any views that differ from his own. In the MAGA hat clip from “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” David was clearly trying to embarrass Trump and his supporters. But the President was able to successfully flip the script on him and troll him right back.

David and his fellow Hollywood liberals can whine about Trump as much as they want. But, in the end, their opinions are irrelevant to the President.

He’s far too busy making this country great again to care about what some ignorant Hollywood leftists think.
