Conor McGregor

The world of MMA received the biggest shot in the arm in 2020 to date Saturday night, as former UFC champion Conor McGregor returned.

McGregor stormed out of the gates after Donald Cerrone, earning a first round finish in just 40 seconds at UFC 246.

The performance set off a wave of emotions from McGregor, those in attendance and social media.

“Notorious” earned his first victory since 2016 and the second-fastest finish of his career behind only his featherweight-title winning victory over Jose Aldo in 13 seconds.
