Meghan McCain Is Hit With Petition To Be Removed From ‘The View’

Meghan McCain has not had a very good start to 2020. A petition is gaining traction to remove her from the ABC talk show “The View.”

Replace McCain With Navarro or Bila

Fox News reported that the petition calling for McCain to be fired from “The View” and replaced with either Ana Navarro or Jedidiah Bila has over 4,100 signatures at the time of this writing.

Navarro, a former aide to Jeb Bush and John McCain (Meghan McCain’s father), made a name for herself in the media world with her radically anti-Trump views.

Meanwhile, Bila is a former “Fox & Friends” anchor who served as the conservative voice on “The View” before leaving the show in 2017.

“Anyone who like me has watched The View for years and has seen the sourness and immaturity that Meghan has brought to the show doesn’t need much persuasion,” the author of the petition states. “Let’s get her OFF our favorite morning show and back to Faux News where she can safely keep discussing Obama possibly faking tears with onions after little children were murdered at school.”

Signers Call McCain ‘Disrespectful’

Those who are signing the petition say that McCain is “disrespectful,” a “loud mouth,” and “petulant.”

“She is just disrespectful of anyone who has the truth to this particular “trump” administration,” one signer wrote. “She’s not good for this show at all. At least Ana is honest in her assessments of this administration. Keep Ana N on.”

“The worst decision ever for The View was bringing Meghan McCain on the View. She is so disrespectful to her fellow co hosts, especially to Joy,” another signer stated. “I know she was born with a silver spoon in her mouth but she failed miserably at leaning [learning] about kindness, patience and respect for others. The View will never earn an Emmy while she is on the show. She cannot even refrain from smirking and giving others murderous looks. Ana Navarro would be an incredible co host!!!!! There are many of us who would enjoy watching The View again without cringing when she speaks or fast forwarding through all her remarks. Meghan seems to be the most miserable person on Earth and it’s not enjoyable to watch such misery.”

McCain has frequently sparred with her liberal cohosts Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar. She is not afraid to call them out when they take their radical anti-Trump opinions too far. Last month, while arguing about impeachment, Goldberg went so far as to tell McCain to “stop talking.”

Liberals Want To Silence All Conservatives

This petition is a prime example of liberals trying to silence anyone who disagrees with their political opinions. Instead of engaging with conservatives and trying to understand why they believe what they believe, modern liberals would rather silence them and stamp them out of existence.

We hope that ABC doesn’t buckle to liberal pressure, and that McCain is able to stay on “The View.” She is level-headed and her voice is desperately needed on the program.
