Things got messy on the ABC talk show “The View” once again this morning when liberal cohost Whoopi Goldberg told fellow conservative cohost Meghan McCain to “please stop talking right now” as the group debated impeachment.
“The View” Debates Impeachment
The Hill reported that things went downhill just after cohost Sunny Hostin talked about the differences she had noticed regarding former President Bill Clinton’s Senate impeachment trial and the situation now regarding Donald Trump’s dealings with Ukraine.
“You had so many senators that voted to not only impeach but also convict President Clinton for, yes, perjuring himself,” Hostin said.
“Many of those same people are still in the Senate. I cannot believe they would vote to impeach and convict a sitting president for perjuring himself and they would not vote to convict a president, and remove a president, who clearly wanted to use a foreign government for his own personal benefit to impede our very democracy.”
“That is the height of hypocrisy for this Republican-led Senate,” she added. “I don’t understand it.”
McCain Jumps In
That’s when McCain jumped in.
“My job here is not to litigate the ethics of it. I’m an ABC political analyst along with being a ‘View’ co-host, my job is to analyze the politics of it,” said McCain. “And I’m telling you the politics —”
“But I’m not talking about you,” Hostin responded, “I’m talking about people that are the senators —”
“Just let me finish. I let you talk. Just let me finish,” McCain said as both she and Hostin tried to speak.

Whoopi Desperately Tries To Silence Meghan McCain
Whoopi Goldberg desperately tried to steer the conversation away from McCain. Leading the frustrated conservative to then ask if people wanted to hear a conservative perspective “on the show ever.”
“Girl, please stop talking,” Whoopi fired back. “Please stop talking right now.”
“No problem. I won’t talk for the rest of the show,” McCain shot back, at which time Whoopi said, “I’m OK with that, if you’re going to behave like this.”
“I’m not behaving like anything,” McCain said. “I’m trying to show conservative perspective.”
The show then cut to a commercial break. In the hours since, video of what happened has quickly gone viral.
Whoopi: “Girl, please stop talking right now.”
Meghan McCain: “No problem. I won’t talk for the rest of this show.”
Whoopi: “I’m OK with that.”

Liberals Silence Conservatives Like This Every Day
Unfortunately, this altercation perfectly shows the way that liberals in the media silence conservatives every day. Liberals like Whoopi Goldberg have no interest in hearing a conservative perspective, as they instead want to stamp out rightwing voices altogether.
Liberals can pretend that conservatives don’t exist as much as they want to, but that does not change the fact that we are still here and ready to vote.
If the left continues with this classless behavior, they should not be surprised to end up mystified in 2020 as to why President Trump has been reelected.
