Then Mary Sees Man Cleaning Her Windshield

As Mary narrates the experience in her viral ‘Christmas magic’ video, she is laughing so hard that she is crying.

“I’m convinced this is the Christmas magic,” she said of the man cleaning her windshield moments after she performed her Christmas good deed.

All Is Not What It Seems

However, the reason why Mary was laughing so hard telling this story was that she quickly realized that he wasn’t actually cleaning her windshield. The man was cleaning his own!

“It wasn’t my car,” she said, barely able to get the words out through her laughter. “He was parked directly in front of me.”

“He didn’t know why I was hugging him,” Mary said, adding that she ended up driving off in her car without giving the man further explanation. “I think he thought I was insane.”
