Robert De Niro Graham Chase Robinson #MeToo Sexism Lawsuit

Robert De Niro has found himself in hot water for a second time this week. The actor, who is consumed by his hatred of President Donald Trump, now finds himself on the receiving end as he gets bit by the #MeToo bug. De Niro’s former assistant, Graham Chase Robinson, filed a lawsuit claiming the “Goodfellas” star made sexually charged and demeaning comments towards her and was also verbally abusive.

De Niro made headlines earlier this week when he dropped f bombs on CNN’s “Reliable Sources” while discussing his hatred of Trump. Now, he’s in the precarious position of defending himself against sexist charges while Hollywood continues to come to grips with multiple #MeToo scandals. “Robert De Niro is someone who has clung to old mores. He does not accept the idea that men should treat women as equals,” the complaint states. “He does not care that gender discrimination in the workplace violates the law. Ms. Robinson is a casualty of this attitude.”

De Niro Voicemail  Shows His Temper

Robinson made a voicemail from De Niro public to showcase his open hostility towards her.

“You f–king don’t answer my calls. How dare you? You’re about to be fired. You’re f–king history,” De Niro screams in the released voicemail. “This is bulls–t. How dare you f–king disrespect me? You gotta be f–king kidding me, you spoiled brat! F–k you!”

Robinson claims “The Untouchables” star called her a “bitch” and a “brat” and referred to another woman as a “c*nt.” Her lawsuit alleges the actor, who suffers from a severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome, was often drunk and belligerent and would tell her about his Viagara prescription and ask her to “imagine him on the toilet.”

De Niro Lawsuit Claims Sexism And Gender Based Harassment

It also states that De Niro suggested she get pregnant using the sperm of a married male colleague. Robinson also reports the actor would urinate while on phone calls with her and that he was passive when one of his friends slapped her on the butt. He also would greet her wearing a bathrobe.

Robinson is suing the “Meet the Fockers” star for gender-based harassment, back pay and damages. She is seeking $12 million in restitution. Robinson claims she was forced to resign in April. Her career with De Niro began in 2008. Over the years, she was elevated to the position of vice president of production and finance.

De Niro first sued Robinson in August claiming the assistant watched 55 episodes of “Friends” over the course of four days and that she used the company credit card for expensive lunches. De Niro’s lawsuit against her seeks $6 million, half of what is requested in her lawsuit.

This might be a case of an upset employee who is seeking vengeance but, at the least, it highlights De Niro’s extreme temper and his derogatory nature.

De Niro isn’t the only Hollywood star with Trump Derangement Syndrome to get snared by #MeToo recently, facing sexual or gender-based accusations. Katy Perry has been accused by a second person of sexual misconduct.  This time it’s from a woman who claimed the singer kissed her without consent. The woman states she then had to fight off Perry who wouldn’t take no for an answer. RELATED: Second Katy Perry Accuser Comes Forward With Sexual Misconduct Charges
