Hollywood star Woody Harrelson, best known for his roles in movies like The Hunger Games and The People Vs. Larry Flynt just launched a vile attack on President Donald Trump and his wife Melania when he claimed that he had to get high on marijuana just to get through a dinner with them.
Daily Mail reported that Harrelson had dinner with the Trumps and then-Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura at Trump Tower back in 2002, and the actor claimed that the future president came off as a raving narcissist.
“So we all met at Trump Tower, sat down. Melania was there, only she wasn’t his wife yet. And it was, let me tell you, a brutal dinner. Two and a half hours,” Harrelson said. “The evening was so intense that the Hollywood actor claims he was forced to go outside and smoke pot in order to endure more of Trump’s ramblings as the evening wore on.”
“It got so bad I had to go outside and burn one before returning to the monologue monopoly. Listen, I came up through Hollywood, so I’ve seen narcissists. This guy was beyond. It blew my mind,” he continued.

The Hollywood star went on to say that he felt sorry for Melania because she barely was given a chance to speak.
“Now, at a fair table with four people, each person is entitled to 25 percent of the conversation, right? I’d say Melania got about 0.1 percent, maybe. I got about 1 percent. And the governor, Jesse, he got about 3 percent. Trump took the rest,” Harrelson said.
Harrelson also talked about going to college with Vice President Mike Pence, and surprisingly enough, the actor did not have anything really bad to say about him.
“As a freshman, I gave a sermon to a youth group, and Mike was the guy running the show,” said Harrelson. “He was a junior, I think … He struck me as a nice guy, very sincere. I don’t know how well we’d get along now, but we got along okay then.”

While we will give Harrelson a little bit of credit for not going down the typical Hollywood liberal route of relentlessly bashing Vice President Pence, his attack on the President and First Lady are nothing short of predictable. It’s sad that Hollywood stars like Harrelson are so desperate for attention that they are willing to tell the most outlandish stories about their supposed Trump run-ins in the hopes of getting headlines. Of course, Harrelson had no proof that this dinner ever took place, and he certainly has no evidence that Trump behaved that way if it did. If only Hollywood stars would learn that their political views aren’t relevant and that they should just stick to playing pretend for a living.
