Goldberg To Wrestle Again + Seth Rollins And CM Punk Feuding

– When Goldberg went into the WWE Hall of Fame, he spoke about being happy with his short return to company. In the course of a few months, Goldberg would squash Brock Lesnar and later become the Universal Champion before dropping the belt at WrestleMania 33.

Then, Goldberg was convinced to come back and battle the Undertaker at Super Showdown. Early in the bout, Goldberg suffered a concussion and everything fell apart. Everyone knew the match was bad and the fans had no problem voicing  their displeasure.

The belief is Goldberg will compete at SummerSlam, which is only seven days away, against Dolph Ziggler. While Ziggler is already booked to take on The Miz, the plan has always been for him to meet Goldberg.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter stated that Goldberg’s participation in the biggest part of the summer will be announced on Monday’s RAW. There is no word if Goldberg will be present for the announcement. As for the finish of the rumored matched, Goldberg is excepted to get a quick win and then we will have to see if that is truly the end of his wrestling career.

– Former UFC Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez made his pro wrestling debut at TripleMania XXVII. He teamed with Psycho Clown and Cody Rhodes to defeat Killer Kross, Taurus & Texano Jr. For Velasquez’s first performance, he looked impressive as he showcased moves that are not meant for someone in the 265 pound range.

At one time, Velasquez was the best heavyweight on the UFC’s roster. Due to countless surgeries, he has only competed twice in the past two years and was defeated in his last fight within a minute. Seeing how is performance went at TripleMania XXVII, Velasquez could seemingly make the jump to pro wrestling. He was been spotted in the WWE Performance Center and speaks English fluently, so you never know if he could end up in the largest wrestling promotion in the world. Plus, he did defeat Brock Lesnar to win his first UFC title.
