Bray Wyatt Push Coming + Is NXT Superstar Getting Called Up?

-Over the years, one thing is clear with WWE. If they plan on giving you a big push, they will give you a lot of merchandise. If fans get behind a push, they tend to buy anything and everything that they can, as it pertains to that Superstar.

So if merchandising is a guide-and it’s not an exact science, but it can be a good guide-then expect a big push for Bray Wyatt/The Fiend. According to numerous reports from those who attended last night’s SummerSlam, there was a good amount of merchandise pertaining to the newly re-launched/re-packaged Superstar.

Wyatt was given new music and an updated and dark entrance. On top of that, he becomes one of the rare Superstars with a different exit than entrance. Dark and creepy and conflicted, The Fiend had the audience buzzing, and WWE is hoping his merch will fly off the shelves.

If WWE does indeed give him the expected big push, then sales should follow.

-At Saturday’s NXT TakeOver: Toronto, Johnny Gargano lost to Adam Cole in a 2 out of 3 falls battle for the NXT Championship. It was perhaps the best match of the entire weekend.

Following the show, after the Network feed was cut, Gargano got to thank the crowd and lingered in the ring a bit. Fans could suspect that this was another curtain call farewell, as an NXT Superstar prepares to be called up to the main roster.

Considering that Gargano had already been called up earlier in the year, such a move would not be out of the realm of possibility.

However, according to reports, the move was more to acknowledge Gargano and all he’s done for NXT. At the same time, however, that does not preclude him from indeed making the return to the main roster.
