Paul Heyman & RAW

– For the most part, many within the WWE Universe viewed this week’s Monday Night RAW as one of the best episodes in a very long time. Since it was announced in June that Paul Heyman would be taking over the Red brand as Executive Director, with Eric Bischoff as ED for SmackDown Live; both shows has been getting better and better as the weeks go by.

As per F4WOnline.com, this week’s RAW, which took place from North Little Rock, Arkansas, happened to be the most influenced by Heyman to date.

From Brock Lesnar destroying Seth Rollins, to the Gauntlet #1 Contenders match for a shot at the U.S. Championship, to Maria Kanellis becoming the first-ever pregnant woman to hold a WWE title (in the 24/7 Championship), to the close of the show where Roman Reigns battled Samoa Joe, bringing in a face versus heel feel when The Usos and Cedric Alexander helped the Big Dog battle interfering superstars in the OC, and Drew McIntyre; the entire show had many fans sitting on the edge of their seats – and it seems, all thanks to Paul Heyman.

– Many may know Freddie Prinze Jr. from his film roles within I Know What You Did Last Summer and Scooby-Doo; however, he also happens to be a huge WWE and wrestling fan, plus, was once employed with the company. In fact, he worked as a writer for the WWE from 2008 to 2009, and took on the role of director and producer from 2010 to 2012.

During a recent interview on ESPN’s Ariel Helwani’s MMA Show, Prinze relayed that he and John Cena never truly saw eye-to-eye during Freddie’s tenure with the WWE. In fact, the movie actor went ton to relay a story where he and Cena got into a debate after the 16-time WWE Champion interrupted an acting class Prinze was conducting with WWE talent.
