Chick-fil-A scored a major victory when it was declared America’s favorite restaurant chain for the fourth year in a row, according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index.
CNN reported that the index is based on input from 23,000 consumers, and it scored an 86 on the 100-point scale, down just one point from last year. The restaurant chain makes customer service a top priority, so it should come as little surprise that they came out on top in this index.
“With its strong satisfaction edge and plans to continue expanding, the chicken specialist could pose a threat to even the largest players in the industry,” the study said, according to The Washington Examiner.
A collection of smaller companies came in second while Panera Bread came in third with a score of 81. Fourth place with a score of 80 was a tie between Arby’s, Chipotle, Papa John’s and Pizza Hut. Other restaurant chains did not fare nearly as well, with KFC scoring 78, Burger King 76, and Taco Bell 75. McDonald’s got one of the lowest scores of 69.
Liberals will undoubtedly be fuming about Chick-fil-A’s latest victory, as they have been calling for mass boycotts of the restaurant chain over the company’s strong Christian beliefs. Leftists claim that the restaurant chain is anti-gay, despite the fact that Chick-fil-A has repeatedly issued statements making it clear that they have no problem with LGBTQ people.
Efforts from the left to destroy Chick-fil-A have done nothing to hamper the chain’s success, however. In its most recent fiscal year, the restaurant chain managed to generate over $10.5 billion in sales, coming in third place in the industry behind McDonald’s and Starbucks.
We’re so glad to see that Chick-fil-A continues to be successful, even with all the efforts made by liberals to take them down. It’s so inspiring to see that a Christian company can find success while also staying true to their values!
