Kate Taylor remained unbeaten and positioned herself for a bout with Delfine Persoon by besting Rose Volante this weekend in Philadelphia.
Taylor, the WBA and IBF champion, scored a ninth round stoppage victory over Volante to remain unbeaten. The former Olympic gold medalist could face Persoon for the WBC title later this year.
The card also featured Tevin Farmer besting Jono Carroll.
