The main card aired live on UFC Fight Pass.
Frey earned 48-47 scores on all three cards to become the division queen.
In the co-main event, Danielle Taylor defeated Monserrat Ruiz, while Kay Hansen, Alesha Zappitella, Brianna Van Buren, Brittney Victoria, Anastasia Nikolakakos and Chantel Coates were all victorious.
