Shane McMahon Back Full-Time

– It was a pleasant surprise to see Shane McMahon whoop it up during the opener of SmackDown 1000 this week, as he took a ‘dance break’ with sister Stephanie, dad Vince, as well as WWE superstars R-Truth and Carmella in the Truth TV segment. As per PWInsider, the appearance wasn’t a one-off for the sake of the high-level celebratory show, but rather an official comeback to SD LIVE.

According to the report, McMahon will be a part of storylines in the coming weeks, maybe even months, which could indicate that Shane might also step into the squared circle for some in-ring competition at some point in the near future. While he does play a non-action role within WWE programming as SmackDown’s commissioner, Shane has also been a part of Big Four pay-per-views (PPV) in the recent past. And with events on the horizon like Survivor Series, Royal Rumble, and the big one some months from now, Wrestlemania, the idea of Shane wrestling is something that could most likely come to fruition. There’s also Crown Jewel to consider, and if older legends like HHH, Shawn Michaels, The Undertaker, and Kane can step into the ring, than a 48-year-old Shane McMahon isn’t so far fetched.

– One of the more shocking things to develop during the Mae Young Classic tapings is the Tegan Nox injury that took place during one of the final tournament matches. While the severity of her injuries was uncertain, Nox recently posted a lengthy message revealing just how serious they truly are. It seems that she dislocated her knee (where it reset on its own instantly), she tore an LCL and MCL, she suffered a completely torn ACL, bone contusions, both menisci, as well as another fracture of her left tibia.

Her Twitter message to fans, including an outlining her injuries, can be seen below.
