Backstage Note on Dean Ambrose’s Return, HOFer Bashes Revival’s Anvil Tribute
PWInsider reports that Dean Ambrose’s return had been kept hidden from everyone last night prior to him appearing at the end of Raw. Ambrose is back in the fold full-time again but his first order of business is to accompany Seth Rollins at ringside during his Intercontinental Championship match against champ Dolph Ziggler. Ambrose will be there to balance the scales after Drew McIntyre’s presence with Ziggler has been a big reason for Ziggler’s success and Rollins’ failure. After Raw went off-air, Ambrose teams with Rollins, Braun Strowman and Finn Balor in 8-man tag and defeated Kevin Owens, Ziggler, McIntyre and Constable Corbin.
In honor of the late Jim ‘The Anvil’ Neidhart, The Revival used the Hart Foundation’s finisher as a spot during their tag team triple threat match last night. Well, Bubba Ray Dudley had a gripe with the fact that they used it as a mid-match spot and not the finish.
Bubba took to Twitter with his grievance, hashtagging #FTR (F-ck The Revival) and The Revival responded. Check it out below:

They used one of the best tag team finishes of all time as a mid match “spot” … WTF?!?
