Chip Gaines Makes A Startling Confession About Joanna’s Pregnant Body

Chip and Joanna Gaines are expecting their fifth child. This is Joanna’s first pregnancy in the public eye because it’s been eight years since her fourth child was born. The “Fixer Upper” star is having fun with it.

She celebrated her 40th birthday last week. While many women don’t envision themselves being pregnant at this age, Joanna loves it. She can eat whatever she wants. She shared a cute Instagram picture of herself enjoying a number of donuts.

As you can see, this birthday girl is sporting quite a baby bump!

Joanna recently released her first cookbook, aptly titled “Magnolia Table: A Collection of Recipes for Gathering.” She and Chip went on “The Today Show” to promote the book and Joanna admitted this is the perfect timing to write a cookbook because pregnant women love to eat!

Chip made a hilarious admission during the Today Show. He said before he met Joanna, he dated “bigger-boned girls.” He made everyone laugh when he admitted, “Just to be real, so whenever Jo’s pregnant, it’s kind of my thing. It’s kind of my jam.” He showed off that excitement for Joanna by fanboying while in the Today Show audience.

They also chatted about what they will name their son. Chip and Joanna don’t agree on carrying on the tradition of naming their children “D” names. While Chip wants to continue the theme, Joanna wants to name their fifth child a “C” name. Maybe she wants to name him Chip. We won’t know for sure until he is born!

The fifth Gaines child will be considerably younger than his older siblings, who range from 13 to 8 years of age. But, one thing is certain. This child will have lots of fun with his siblings on demo days.
