Michelle Duggar Victim Of Online Shaming For Posting This Baby Picture

No mom is immune to mommy-shaming. The online parenting police can seemingly find fault with everything and seek moral high ground.

Members of the Duggar family are certainly used to being the target of online trolls, but the latest attacks on Michelle prove how out of control these cyber bullies with superiority complexes actually are.

The mom of this massive family posted an adorable throwback picture of Jinger and Joe. The picture was taken many years ago when they were quite young. Look at the picture below and see if you can guess what fueled this outrage from the online mommy shamers.

This picture caused grumbling because Jinger didn’t have her mittens on and was wearing a skirt or dress while Joe was completely decked out in winter gear. Oh, the outrage!

Children typically pull off their gloves or mittens. This is not abnormal. It is hard to imagine that Michelle sent Jinger out into the cold, refusing to cover up her hands.

Michelle and Jim Bob maintained a strict dress code for their daughters. That is their right as parents. They aren’t required to seek approval from the parenting police to make these decisions. Females have worn dresses and skirts in the winter for centuries. Besides, Jinger’s legs were covered underneath her dress!

This picture was taken many years ago. Both Jinger and Joe are adults now. Somehow, they survived childhood without the interference of these online mommy shamers, proving this meddling is unwarranted and unneeded!

Now that Jinger is married, she has made the decision to wear pants. That’s her right and her parents don’t appear to publicly shame her for it. She also didn’t say anything about being damaged from wearing skirts and dresses as a child or even not wearing mittens in the snow.
