Wearing pants might not seem like a big deal to the vast majority of women. But, it is a big deal if your last name is Duggar.
The Duggar girls have followed the lead of their mother who always wears skirts. Michelle’s ban on pants is based upon a Bible verse that claims that God “detests” women who wear clothes like men.
But, after the Duggar girls marry, they are free to make decisions in their own home. Jinger Duggar made a big statement about her independence in a recent photo shoot. She sported some very fashionable pants. Her husband Jeremy Vuolo doesn’t take issue with women wearing pants, so Jinger is free to dress as she pleases. As you can see, she looks great!
Jinger hasn’t publicly discussed her decision to wear pants. She hasn’t been seen wearing them on Counting On either. With the new season of the show starting September 11, maybe we will see more of an independent Jinger!
