Prince Harry Megan Markle

Prince Harry has been given a push from his girlfriend’s older brother. Meghan Markle’s older half-brother Thomas wants the Prince to get engaged to his sister.

“I hope Prince Harry proposes. She’s a hot commodity right now – he better get on it,” Thomas Markle, Jr. told the Daily Mail. He also called his sister a princess and believes the Prince needs to make this official. The siblings have different mothers but share the same father. Baby Meghan is pictured with her older brother below.

Thomas has described the differences between his family and Prince Harry’s as “the Dukes of Hazzard and the Simpsons vs. the Royal Family.” There certainly is a big gap between Buckingham Palace and the Markles. Meghan’s brother was arrested in January for drunkenly holding a gun to his fiancée Darlene Blount’s head. The charges have since been dropped and the couple is engaged. Thomas has invited Prince Harry to his bachelor party and wedding. Here’s a picture of Thomas and his fiancée.

The 36-year-old actress is dropping hints that she is going to be spending more time in England. She recently returned her Audi claiming that she no longer needs it. She is finishing up filming the seventh season of Suits in Canada. Later this month Meghan is reportedly going to be making her first public appearance with Prince Harry at the Invictus Games in Toronto. The games were created by Prince Harry so wounded warriors could have an international sports competition.

The Prince and Meghan have been dating for more than 18 months. They have recently opened up about their relationship. A video about that is below.

Marrying Markle may pose an issue for Prince Harry. Since Meghan is divorced, there is a challenge with protocol. Rumors have been circulating that Harry may have to give up his royal title if he is to walk down the aisle with the actress. Sometimes love conquers all, though.
