Birthdays and surprises are synonymous with one another. They go hand in hand and most individuals love them. The joy of watching someone act surprised after receiving an amazing gift from a friend is truly wonderful.
But, what happens when a hardworking man is surprised by his family with snake skin for his birthday?

I think I would have needed an ambulance with that type of reaction. There are birthday surprises and then there are extreme ones and this one took the cake (pardon the pun).
Either way, he was a great sport about it and everyone had a good laugh!
