Chip and Joanna Gaines have a smashing success with their vacation rental Magnolia House. Rentals that were available from January to June of 2018 sold out in just 7 minutes!
It’s not cheap to stay in the Fixer Upper stars’ rental either. Prices range from $695 to $995 a night, and there is a two night minimum!
The house, that sleeps eight, sold out in just 5 minutes last year. This project has been quite a money maker for Chip and Joanna as demand remains incredibly high.
Guests who stay at Magnolia House rave about the amenities and the personal touches from Chip and Joanna.

The couple has added a second vacation rental to their portfolio. They announced that Hillcrest Estate will start welcoming guests in the fall.
