Some spoilers about General Hospital reveal that there will be tumultuous time ahead for Carly (Laura Wright) and her husband, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard). In a heated argument, Sonny will be shot by Sam (Kelly Monaco).
Liz (Rebecca Herbst) will be kidnapped by Garvey (Rick Ravanello). This will reportedly occur on the July 27th episode. Carly will end up saving Liz from her kidnapper.
Spoilers also indicate that Carly will end up having an emotional breakdown from all the stress regarding the turmoil in her life. The thought of Sonny being on death’s door and the tragedy of losing their only son Morgan (Bryan Craig) will cause her to lose it.

Sonny and Carly are focused on their hatred of Ava (Maura West) because of her involvement in their son’s death. Carly’s confrontation of Ava at the cemetery is proof of that. If Sonny is to pull through after being shot, hopefully the couple will get a break from the constant turmoil.
The couple still has to overcome their infidelity issues after Carly’s love interest in Jax (Ingo Rademacher) and Sonny’s push to have Jax deported because of it. And then of course, Sonny getting cozy with Carly’s attorney has caused strife.
General Hospital fans better buckle up because the next few months are going to have quite a few shocks to the story line. We’ll see if Carly and Sonny can withstand all the drama.
