Country music star Jason Aldean shared some exciting news! He and his wife Brittany Aldean, formerly Brittany Kerr, are expecting their first child together!
The announcement was made in an adorable post on Instagram where they announced they have a bun in the oven as they each wore “Baby Mama” and “Baby Daddy” shirts.
Jason said, “Been hard to keep this secret but we couldnt be happier to add to our family. This year just gets better and better. #bunintheoven”
Brittany wasn’t as soft-spoken as Jason:
“SUPRISE!! WE ARE PREGNANT!!! This was the hardest secret we’ve ever had to keep. This journey for us has been full of many happy times & also many tears…The biggest rollercoaster we have ever been on, without a doubt! All of the moments of heartache were followed by the biggest blessing in the entire world!! We will never take one moment for granted & can’t wait to meet you, sweet baby!!!
Jason has two children with his first wife. This will be Brittany’s first child. Entertainment Tonight spoke to Jason about being an “old dad” with this child. You can see that video below.

Congratulations to this happy couple. They clearly are excited to add to their family. With both parents as musicians, this might be one very talented child. The child will be very loved, that’s for sure!
