Day without Immigrants

Twenty immigrants who skipped work to take part in “Day Without Immigrants” were  fired. Detroit automaker EZ Industrial Solutions LLC gave them pink slips when they failed to show up for their jobs.

Employers have a right to fire workers, particularly when they don’t come to work. An unreliable work staff significantly impairs a company and the employees who actually do show up.

In today’s entitled society, these workers have filed a lawsuit to get back pay and their jobs back. Of course they will cry discrimination since they are immigrants.

Let me get out my little violin. Nobody is owed a job and companies need a standard policy so everyone is treated fairly. And if that policy is to fire people who don’t show up to work, then people get fired for not showing up for work!

A job isn’t a right. It’s a responsibility and if you don’t work, you lose your job. This is easy to figure out. There are consequences in the real world!

Share this if you would have fired them too!
