Possible WWE Shake-Ups for the Coming Weeks!

The return of the Hardy Boyz certainly signifies a new era in the WWE. The RAW tag team division was in desperate need of some new (old) blood, and the Hardy Boyz fit that bill perfectly. Of course, many other things happened at WrestleMania, so let us take a look at the possible shake-ups we can expect in the coming weeks.

Electric Heat for Roman Reigns!

Roman Reigns possibly retiring the Undertaker on Sunday has left many fans reeling, even though we all knew Taker would retire soon. Roman Reigns defeating Taker and possibly retiring him certainly solidifies him as the ultimate heel, even though Triple H stated that Roman Reigns is doing his own thing and wants to be neither heel or face. At this point, I don’t think he has a choice! Still, Roman Reigns did tweet out some respect for Taker, saying he had to do what he had to do at WrestleMania, but that Taker held the yard for years.

Broken or Not Broken?

This year’s WrestleMania was the greatest one in years, and this could certainly be attributed to the return of the Hardy Boyz. This return was the highlight of WrestleMania for me, since I’ve always been a fan of Matt and Jeff Hardy, who are absolutely insane when it comes to daredevil stuff!

The return of Matt and Jeff certainly signifies a new era for the tag team division of WWE. I expect the Hardy Boyz to hold the titles for a considerable time, but the question still remains if Matt and Jeff are going to maintain the Broken gimmick. While following the Hardy Boyz in TNA, I found the broken gimmick brilliant, so I certainly hope they keep it up. Then, we can witness brother Nero and broken Matt with good production values! All I can say now is “Welcome Home Guys”!

Returns/Upgrades to Come

Since we did not get any WWE Superstars returning from the injured list this WrestleMania, we can certainly expect some surprises in the coming weeks; this also includes some call-ups from the NXT roster!

We already had the return of top superstar Fin Balor on RAW, but there are others we need to consider for the coming weeks. Shinsuke Nakamura could be coming up from the NXT roster, because he lost to Bobby Roode at NXT Takeover on Saturday. There are numerous other superstars on the injured list that should make their return soon; this includes Zac Ryder!

The 2017 Draft?

The WWE draft was a much discussed topic last year, but many fans wonder if there will be another draft in 2017. In my opinion, a new draft might be needed, because some parts of each wrestling promotion could use an infusion of new talent. The Smackdown tag team division, RAW women’s division, and Smackdown intercontinental title contenders are just a few that come to mind.

Still, there has been no denying that Smackdown has done much better than RAW since the draft, so there is a worry that the biggest superstars on the Smackdown roster will be moved to RAW. Only time will tell…
