Pitbulls have a reputation for being aggressive, but their natural character is to be gentle and loving. A century ago, they were known as Nanny dogs because they were such great family dogs.
The playful and gentle nature of the pitbull can be seen in the video below. He hears the jingle of the ice cream truck and patiently waits for his turn to get an ice cream, wagging his tail the whole time.

That’s a well behaved dog! A Staffordshire Bull Terrier named Reggie does the same thing! I can’t even get my kids to wait this patiently at the ice cream truck! What good dogs!
