Six Weeks Before His Death Elvis Sang Unchained Melody!

Between June 19 and the 21st, the RCA recording company recorded and videotaped Elvis touring the country for a special Elvis in Concert CBS television special. The footage was taken just six weeks before his death.

The footage was aired in October following Elvis’ death in August and it showed in detail his poor health.

But it also showed just how talented he was. Despite his poor health, Elvis was still the King of Rock N Roll. His voice was just as good as ever.
