Law & Order FAST Channel

The newly launched channel currently offers Law & Order seasons 5 through 10. There are plans to add more seasons as 2025 goes on. The FAST channel is available across many popular streaming platforms, including Pluto TV, Prime Video via Freevee, The Roku Channel, LG Channels, Samsung TV+, and Xumo Play.

This broad selection ensures viewers will be able to access the show from a variety of devices or platforms to best fit their preferences. It will also open the door to new audiences who want to get into the show.

Dick Wolf, the series’ creator, is optimistic about the FAST channel, stating in a press release that the goal is for a new generation to discover Law & Order, just as the franchise dives into its 25th season.

The launch also connects to the show’s larger legacy, starting on NBC in 1990 and revolutionizing television storytelling with its dual-focus format. Law & Order ran for 20 consecutive seasons until 2010, later earning a revival in 2022.

This brought back several key characters like Jack McCoy alongside new cast members. It remains a prominent fixture of primetime TV to this day, and in some aspects mirrors real-world crime headlines.

Other Places to Watch

Before now, Law & Order was primarily available through subscription services. Peacock currently offers nine seasons of the series as part of its NBC content catalog. Philo also provides access to multiple seasons, allowing users to record and save episodes for long-term viewing.

Hulu may offer a 1953 Western titled Law and Order, but it does not stream the popular television series itself.

Beyond subscription platforms and NBCUniversal’s FAST channel, some free streaming sites offer access to Law & Order. However, these sites typically rely on third-party hosts and do not have the official backing or device compatibility that other offerings provide.

A Growing Trend

With this newest change, Law & Order joins a large number of legacy television franchises, finding new growth and revival through free streaming platforms.

NBCUniversal’s plan to distribute the series across several free platforms will reinvigorate interest in classic episodes of the series and strengthen the show’s presence in the crowded world of streaming content.
