The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon heated up during Wednesday’s show.

During the episode, Heated Rivalry‘s Hudson Williams teaches NSFW stretches to Jimmy Fallon, causing the in-studio audience and at-home viewers to lose their minds.

The popular show’s actor, 24, made his late-night show debut and taught some hockey stretches on the floor.

“You told me that you learned a little bit of hockey — the basics of hockey,” Fallon, 51, said to Williams. “But I was wondering if there’s anything you could teach me here tonight?”

That’s when Williams offered to teach Fallon stretches, causing the audience to cheer. “This is basically 90 percent of where I was filming,” Williams quipped.

“Where do I go?” Fallon asked, who responded, “On your knees!”

The two men were face-to-face as they arched their backs and spread their legs, causing a hilarious interaction between the two. William critiqued Fallon’s form and even went to a more “smooth surface” area in the studio to do more stretches.

“This is the best it gets,” Williams joked to the host, adding, “Carson didn’t do this.”

Many have commented on X’s post about how incredible, yet awkward, the interaction was, with one saying, “These moments work because they humanize celebrities. Awkward, specific stories > polished PR answers every time. That’s what, people actually remember.”

During the sit-down interview, Williams opened up about how he’s dealing with the massive success of the show. He admitted that it hasn’t really sunk in yet, saying, “No… I kind of just turn into a deer in headlights everytime.”

Along with talking in depth abou this character and his experiences filming, Williams also hinted at season 2, which is not expected to be released until 2027. “There are some meanies. There are some big baddies,” he shared. “If season one is an internal battle, season two is an external battle.”

Heated Rivalry is based on Rachel Reid’s Game Changers novel series and can be streamed through Hulu and HBO.
