From the creators behind Rick and Morty, Haunted Hotel is the new animated Netflix comedy and already has an impressive score on Rotten Tomatoes, sitting at 83%. The creators include Matt Roller, Chris McKenna, Dan Harmon, and Steve Levy.
Roller talked about his excitement with the show back in August when the show was first announced, saying: “I’m thrilled to be working with Netflix and an amazingly talented cast and crew to bring to life the stories of the dead, the evil, and the struggling hospitality workers at the Undervale Hotel.”
The series has 10 episodes in the series, with each one consisting of 30 minutes. And the official synopsis reads: “A single mother of two struggles to run a haunted hotel with the help of her estranged brother, who is now one of the ghosts haunting the hotel and thinks the other ghosts have some pretty good ideas.”
“Haunted Hotel is wildly inventive and I’m very grateful to Matt, Chris, Dan, and their team for bringing their talents to Netflix,” The Netflix Director of Adult Animation shared as well.
There are also some amazing voice actors for Haunted Hotel, the new Netflix comedy, including Eliza Coupe (Happy Endings, Benched) as the mother, Will Forte (MacGruber, Nebraska) as Nathan, Skyler Gisondo (Booksmart, The Social Dilemma) as Ben, Jimmi Simpson (Dark Matter, Black Mirror) as Abaddon, and Natalie Palamides (The Broadcast, Teen Titans Go!) as Esther.
