Cecily Barmore, the stepdaughter of Duane “Dog The Bounty Hunter” Chapman, was recently arrested in Hawaii in a domestic violence incident.

TMZ learned over the weekend that Barmore was arrested on July 31 after her boyfriend of five years told police that she had punched him in the face.
The boyfriend alleged that they had been drinking when Cecily became both verbally and physically abusive towards him.
He told police that Cecily punched him on both sides of his face and bit his upper back, which left him a mark that included swelling and bruising.
According to his report, this was not the first time that Cecily had been abusive towards him, and that he has finally had enough.
Officers arrested Cecily for misdemeanor abuse of a household member, but the Honolulu Prosecuting Attorney’s Office told reporters that they have declined to file charges against her.
However, the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office made sure to add that they have up to two years to change their minds when it comes to whether or not to file charges.

While Cecily confirmed that she was arrested, she described this as an “altercation where a man struck me and said vile things about the memory of my dead mother.”

This comes days after Cecily claimed that she and her half-sister Bonnie are not invited to Dog’s upcoming wedding to fiancé Francie Frane.
“My only guess or idea would be that he’s just not really on the same path as me and my sister,” Cecily said of the snub. “What I’m seeing personally is just my dad is having a hard time dealing with the fact that maybe he’s not going to be able to replace my mom and that me and Bonnie bring a lot out from my mom and he sees our mom in us.”
“I feel like that scares him,” she added. “Yes, he can move on. Yes, he can get married again – that’s not the problem. I just think he’s too scared that we remind him too much of my mother.”
