The family of “Full House” star Bob Saget has filed an emergency injunction in an effort to keep any photographic evidence or further details about his cause of death from being made public.

Family Of Bob Saget Files Injunction
The world was left shocked last month when the beloved comedian and sitcom dad was found dead in his hotel room at The Ritz-Carlton at the age of 65, just one day after he’d performed a standup comedy show in Orlando.
While some initially assumed he’d died of a heart attack, an autopsy released last week indicated that the former AFV host died of major head trauma.
“They have concluded that he accidentally hit the back of his head on something, thought nothing of it and went to sleep,” his family said in a February 9 statement.

However, the chief medical examiner of Orange and Osceola counties has since stated that Saget’s head trauma was so severe that his injuries were consistent with being hit with baseball bat or falling 30 feet.
Now Kelly Rizzo, the 42-year-old widow of Bob Saget, and his three adult daughters have filed an injunction to keep any further details about the way he died private.
“Plaintiffs will suffer irreparable harm in the form of extreme mental pain, anguish, and emotional distress if Defendants release the Records in response to public records requests or otherwise disseminate the Records for any other reason or purpose,” the family’s lawsuit stated, according to Daily Mail.

Health Experts Speak Out
This injunction comes as many health experts and fans are publicly questioning how thorough the investigation into Saget’s death really was.
“I think what it reveals more than anything else is this was not a simple bump on the head,” said neurosurgeon Dr. Sanjay Gupta, CNN’s chief medical correspondent. “When you read this autopsy report that may still be the case, but it was a pretty significant blow to the head.”
“That takes a lot of force to do that. If I knew nothing else about what had happened, you’d think this was someone who had fallen down the stairs and had several impacts to the head or been unrestrained in a car accident,” he continued. “Whatever happened here, we may never know how he fell or what happened, but it was a significant blow that caused that. ”

Doctor On Bob Saget Autopsy: ‘This Is MAJOR Head Trauma’
Dr. Gavin Britz, the chair of neurosurgery at Houston Methodist Hospital, agreed that Saget’s injuries were “significant trauma.”
“This is something I find with someone with a baseball bat to the head, or who has fallen from 20 or 30 feet,” he explained.
Emergency physician Dr. Megan Ranney took to social media to express her concerns about Saget’s injuries.
“Hi. ICYMI: This is not a ‘slip & fall’. This is not a minor concussion. This is MAJOR head trauma,” she said. “My condolences to Saget’s friends & family. I hope that they get answers as to what really happened.”
Rumors Swirl About Bob Saget Cause Of Death
Twitter is, of course, off and running with probing questions and conspiracy theories about Bob Saget.
Many fans already questioned the circumstances of his death while alone in a hotel room – some calling it “fishy.” So last week’s autopsy results only further fanned the flames of intrigue.

While his family deserves privacy and all the support they can get right now, it might actually help to have more rather than less information come to light in order to quiet the swirling rumors.
In the mean time, let’s put some prayers up for Bob Saget and his family. While the world mourns the tragic loss of a 90’s icon, his family feels that loss the deepest. Even if the circumstances of his death remain a mystery, let’s hope that his family continues to privately push to get the answers they deserve.
