– The general belief is Ronda Rousey will take some sort of leave from WWE following WrestleMania 35. During the Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted a return could happen at SummerSlam at the earliest. The fans turning on Rousey back at Survivor Series may also play a pivotal role in her not retuning to WWE.

“It may be a lot longer than [SummerSlam],” said Meltzer. “She might never come back. I expect that she will. I tell you what, if the fans hadn’t turned on her, 100% she would [come back]. Now, you know, I wouldn’t be so sure.”

While in the UFC, Rousey dominated everyone until she lost the title to Holly Holm. That led to a year away from the sport and Rousey basically turned off communication with that world. She returned only to lose in under a minute to then champion Amanda Nunes. After the loss, Rousey joined WWE and has rarely mentioned her time in UFC.

As for when the fans started to turn on Rousey, it goes back to November. She was going to wrestle a red-hot Becky Lynch before she was injured days before the big card. Charlotte stepped in and stole the show with Rousey at Survivor Series. Now, all three women will headline WrestleMania 35 for the RAW Women’s Championship.

Torrie Wilson’s former boyfriend and retired MLB star Alex Rodriguez is engaged to Jenifer Lopez. The soon to be WWE Hall of Famer addressed the engagement on Twitter, while dropping hints that Rodriguez cheated on her during their relationship from 2011 to 2015.

Outside of personal life, Wilson will enter the WWE Hall of Fame in a few weeks. Despite never winning gold in WWE or WCW, Wilson left an impression in the pro wrestling world.
