Are you excited about SummerSlam? Let’s break down the matches with a spoilery preview.
Logan Paul vs. The Miz
Logan Paul wins via shenanigans. He has a chance to be a bigger WWE star, and the Miz is the perfect person to get Logan to that level.
Where’s the respect, @loganpaul? It’s going down at #SummerSlam, TOMORROW at 8p ET/5p PT streaming on @PeacockTV ? pic.twitter.com/TqFYMccg76

Seth Rollins vs. ????
I’ve detailed who I think will face off against Rollins here. My stance hasn’t changed. I still think it’ll be a surprise return of an NXT darling. Though Intercontinental Champion Gunther is without an opponent, that would be a fun show for the crowd.
Bianca Belair (c) vs. Becky Lynch for the RAW Women’s Title
I don’t see Becky winning here. She is an effective heel and a big enough star without a title, and I would like to see how down into weirdness and depression.
It all ends tomorrow. #SummerSlam pic.twitter.com/N0AFXIcoS1

The Mysterios vs. Judgement Day (Damien Priest and Finn Balor w/ Rhea Ripley) in a No DQ tag match
The No DQ is a unique touch here. Presumably, this is to avoid DQs over chair shots. But I think its intended purpose is to have Dominik finally turn on his dad. I know it is a joke at this point that WWE always breaks up tag teams, but it is time for Rey to pass the torch, and I think Dom could do well with a massive heel turn.

Bobby Lashley (c) vs. Theory for the United States Title
Y’all must’ve forgot who he’s facing tomorrow. He won’t be able to walk away. #SummerSlam https://t.co/YCymKDtMvD

Theory gets shellacked here to write him out of interfering in the main event. But more on that is down below.
Liv Morgan (c) vs. Ronda Rousey for the SmackDown Women’s Title
Ronda Rousey can’t and will not lose “cleanly.” There needs to be a wonky finish here either way. I’ve heard rumors that Shayna Bazsler could be involved somehow. That would be a fun addition.
Don’t forget to tune in tomorrow on @peacockTV to watch Liv drop the belt to the Baddest at @NissanStadium! #Summerslam pic.twitter.com/6fat8FyTxK

Liv, in a creative way, or Ronda, beats Liv into a pulp in less than 30 seconds.
The Usos vs. The Street Profits for Unified Tag Titles w/ Jeff Jarret as Special Guest Referee
If this match is half as good as their Money in the Bank match, it’ll be the match of the night. These two tag teams might be the best in the business right now. I think they’re going to rip the roof off on this one.

I think the Street Profits get the win here. But, of course, since Jeff Jarrett is the special guest referee, someone will get brained with a guitar.
Roman Reigns (c) vs. Brock Lesnar in a Last Man Standing Match for the Unified WWE Title.
This is it. The last one, at least for a while. This match will be a 30-minute slugfest that will go all over the stadium. I’m hoping for some ridiculous concession stand brawls and maybe an explosion. I love last-man-standing matches, and Roman is one of the best in the world at them, if not the best.
Watch his LMS against the Big Show in 2015. This was at the height of the “Roman Sucks” era, and these two put on an absolute clinic that won the crowd over.

I think this ends with both men exhausted and Theory’s music hits. SummerSlam is always the “heel” PPV, so why not end it with the most hated man in WWE holding all of the gold?
