Lamentably, Ric Flair is wrestling one “final” match on July 31st at Starrcast in Nashville, Tennessee. The 73-year-old does not yet have an opponent for his multi-man tag match. Ricky Steamboat turned down the match. For now, reports indicate that Flair will team up with AEW’s FTR against The Rock n Roll Express* and a mystery partner. Who could that mystery partner be? Is it Scott Steiner?
In a recent interview, Steiner let loose on the Nature Boy, who he said was “no old friend of mine.”
“I would kill him [in the ring]. I’d destroy him. Yeah, everybody wants to see him get beat up.”
The Steiners are expected to be at Starrcast, so it wouldn’t be out of the realm of possibility for Scott, who continues to wrestle on occasion, to team up with the Rock n Roll for one last match against the Nature Boy.
3 things guaranteed in life.
Death.
Taxes.
Scott Steiner will never stop hating ric flair. https://t.co/zBVMPw4MEn— the timeline chief. #FreeAli (@Majhatesall) May 25, 2022
I wonder if this isn’t an angle and Steiner isn’t preparing for a match with Flair at Starrcast? It certainly would get a lot of buzz around the match. Scott Steiner is still out here doing crazy moves.
The Big Bad Booty Daddy wrestled Jerry Lawler last year.
Steiner’s History With Ric Flair
Flair and Steiner’s feud goes all the way back to WCW. When Flair was an authority figure of the company, he stripped an injured Scott Steiner of the US Title and put it on his son, David Flair.
The backstage hate culminated in Scott Steiner “shooting” on Flair in a promo.

Eventually, Steiner joined Flair in one of the final stables of WCW, dubbed The Magnificant Seven. The two would also feud together when Steiner came to WWE, with Flair acting as a manager for Triple H.
But the hatred for Ric Flair endures.
Bruh Scott Steiner has hated Ric Flair with an unreal passion for 3 decades and he’s forgiven WWE so imagine how big this is

Scott Steiner would make sure, that Ric Flair gets to meat Buddy Rogers one more time.
Now I know that Buddy Rodgers is dead, god rest his soul, but Ric Flair, your career is dead! https://t.co/P4iRWsi8Lk
