U2 lead singer Bono revealed what REALLY makes the world a better place and alleviates poverty. It isn’t the answer you expect, and it definitely isn’t one that his fellow celebs would agree with!
… in a speech at Georgetown University, Bono altered his economic and political views and declared that only capitalism can end poverty.
“Aid is just a stopgap,” he said. “Commerce [and] entrepreneurial capitalism take more people out of poverty than aid. We need Africa to become an economic powerhouse.”

Bono is also unafraid to praise America.
He thanked the American people for the billions they’ve given to help make the world a better place.
Unlike most celebrities, Bono knows that America is a force for good in this world. We are leading the fight against AIDS, malaria, hunger, and terrorism.
