This dash cam captures a vehicle running off the road and taking out a sign before smashing into a stopped car at intersection in Toronto.

The dash cam follows the apparent drunk driver as he tears a path of mayhem through the streets. This is alarming, take a look:

 

There is absolutely no excuse for this!

I hope the people in the stopped vehicle are all okay and that the police showed up quickly to detain this reckless and dangerous driver!
