Daring Attempt to Rescue a Texas Man as Flood Waters Rise (WATCH)

Last week, Houston, Texas was hit with intense rains that caused serious, life-threatening floods.

One truck driver was caught in water that was rising fast!

An amazing group of good Samaritans joined forces to go to him, tie a rope around him, and attempt to pull him out.
