Whoopi Goldberg unraveled on her ABC talk show The View once again this week. This time, she branded President Donald Trump as being “insanely rude” for hosting the U.S. men’s Olympic hockey team at his State of the Union speech.

Trump’s State Of The Union

During Trump’s State of the Union address on Tuesday night, he recognized the American men’s hockey team. Indeed, he praised them for their 2-1 win over Canada in the finals of the Winter Olympics.

“Here with us tonight is a group of winners who just made the entire nation proud: the men’s gold medal Olympic hockey team,” Trump said as the audience applauded.

This didn’t sit well with Goldberg and her fellow leftwing co-hosts, however. They found it offensive that Trump only recognized the men’s hockey team when other Americans won gold medals.

“I watched the whole thing, and I was physically ill from it and more nauseous than usual watching him,” said Joy Behar, 83. “What’s worse than him are the sycophants and the acolytes who are praising him and going along with him. I’m dismissing him because he’s not well. The man is not well. His narcissistic disorder is off the charts.”

Goldberg Goes Off

That’s when Goldberg, 70, came completely unglued as she ranted against the president.

“You know what, he’s also insanely rude, because a lot of people won gold for the U.S., a lot of people won gold,” Goldberg exclaimed. “I’m sorry. You know. The women’s hockey team and the women — and the young skater who comes from [an] immigrant family — I mean there are a lot —”

“He’s clearly a fan of Heated Rivalry, Whoopi, that’s why he loves the hockey players! I can agree with Donald Trump on this,” joked her co-host Sara Haines, 48. This was a reference to the HBO Max series Heated Rivalry, which is about a romance between rival male hockey players.

As per usual, Goldberg had her facts wrong here. Trump actually did invite the women’s hockey team, who also defeated their Canadian counterpart and won gold, to the State of the Union address. However, they declined his invitation.

Goldberg Appears In Epstein Files

This comes at a stressful time for Goldberg. Last week, she admitted on The View that her name is in the Jeffrey Epstein files. It was featured in an email exchange with Epstein from back in 2013. In the message, Goldberg was trying to find a private jet to take her to a charity event in Monaco.

“In the name of transparency, my name is in the files. Yes!” Goldberg confessed.

Goldberg proceeded to read the email out loud, stating, “It says, ‘Whoopi needs a plane to get to Monaco… Julian Lennon’s charity is paying for it. They don’t want to charter so they’re looking for private owners. Here’s the info.'”

“And they give all the information and they’re saying, ‘Do you want to offer your G2?'” she added. Epstein responded by simply saying, “no thanks.”

“So in other words, anybody can be on this list?” asked Behar.

“This is my point because when I tell you, people are trying to turn me into … I wasn’t his girlfriend, I wasn’t his friend,” Goldberg lamented. “I was not only too old [for him], but it was at a time where this is just not — you used to have to have facts before you said stuff.”

Goldberg Doubles Down

Behar chimed back in to claim that President Trump is mentioned in the Epstein files “38,000 times.”

“I can’t speak to him, but I’m speaking about me because I’m getting dragged,” Goldberg continued. “People actually believe that I was with him. It’s like honey, come on. Every man that I’ve ever been with, you’ve known about because either the Enquirer wrote about it, people wrote about this stuff. So, no.”

“I didn’t get on the plane because you know what I would have to do to get on the plane?” she added. “They’re trying to get me to get on a plane [to go to the charity event].”

Given her latest meltdown on live television, it seems that the stress of her Epstein connections is getting to Goldberg in a big way. Only time will tell how much longer ABC will keep Goldberg on the air.
