Whoopi Goldberg has just given the public some information about her sex life that absolutely nobody was asking for.
On Wednesday’s episode of the ABC talk show The View, Goldberg revealed that while she is “single,” she still has “hit and run” sex when she “needs it.”
We’ll give you a moment if you need to throw up!
Goldberg Talks Sex Life
It all started when Goldberg, 70, and her co-hosts were talking about a woman who recently wrote an article for Cosmopolitan. After describing the article as being “stimulating,” Goldberg said that it was about “seeing the woman “admitting that she fantasizes about being single, even though she’s in a very happy longterm relationship,” amid “missing the days of casual flings and bar-hopping.”
“Do you miss those days?” co-host Joy Behar asked.
“I am single,” Goldberg defiantly fired back.
Behar quickly clarified that she only meant that she did not think that Goldberg was into bar-hopping for dates. Goldberg, however, immediately corrected her.
“No, that’s not so… Yeah, I bar hop, I go hang!” Goldberg claimed. “I do hit and runs when I need it!”
Yuck!

Goldberg’s History
This unfortunately isn’t the first time that Goldberg has opened up about her sex life on The View.
“For me… I like a hit and run,” Goldberg said on the talk show back in December. “I like a hit and run, because I am not interested in a committed relationship.”
Goldberg has been married and divorced three times. She was first married to the drug counselor Alvin Martin from 1973 until 1979. Goldberg was then married to the Dutch cinematographer David Claessen from 1986 until 1988. Finally, the Ghost star was married the actor Lyle Trachtenberg from 1994 until 1995.
On top of that, Goldberg had longterm romances with the Hollywood stars Ted Danson and Frank Langella. Despite this, she has no intention of ever looking for love again.
Goldberg’s Previous Comments
Goldberg famously previously said that she has no interest in marrying again because she does not “want somebody in my house.” Now, the 70 year-old is doubling down on this in a big way.
“I’m not good at relationships because you have to think about other people,” Goldberg admitted to Interview last month.
“It teaches you several things,” Goldberg continued, referring to her longtime single life. “Being lonely and being alone are two different things. I don’t necessarily get lonely because there’s enough people around who don’t let me. But most people are not comfortable being alone because we’ve been taught that there’s something wrong with you if you’re not a pair, that being singular, eating singular, is a bad thing.”
“Sometimes you don’t want to eat with other people. Sometimes you just want to go and have some pasta,” the Sister Act star added. “You don’t want to say, ‘Do you want red wine or white wine?’ I don’t give a [expletive] what you want.”
Tell us how you really feel, Whoopi!
Goldberg can do whatever she wants in her personal life. We just wish she would keep it to herself instead of sharing her sexcapades with the world.
Good riddance, Whoopi Goldberg!
