Whoopi Goldberg is speaking out to defend the former President Bill Clinton over his ties to the late billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. This comes after Goldberg’s own name came up in the Epstein files multiple times.
Goldberg Defends Clinton
On Tuesday’s episode of the ABC talk show The View, Goldberg and her co-hosts discussed Clinton’s testimony before Congress about his relationship with Epstein.
“You know, say what you want about the Clintons. Have any of the women or has anything in those emails pointed to them as being guilty or having anything to do other than knowing?” asked Goldberg, 70.
Goldberg’s co-hosts immediately cited the infamous photo of Clinton in a hot tub whose identity was redacted. Her co-host Sunny Hostin also pointed out that Clinton took “several flights” on Epstein’s plane.
“But my question is, has he been accused by any of the accusers?” Goldberg asked, clearly still defending Clinton.
Goldberg went on to clarify that she was only referring to the Epstein files and not to past claims from Monica Lewinsky.
“Has any of the women come out and said, ‘This is what Bill Clinton did’?” Goldberg asked again.
Her co-hosts simply responded “no.”
“So what were they looking [at]? Because… what I don’t understand is they had access to all the information,” Goldberg continued.
Goldberg’s co-host Sunny Hostin chimed back in to claim that the hearing was “clearly partisan” because President Donald Trump and his wife Melania have not yet been called to testify before the House committee.
“So if anyone should be called in front of this House Oversight Committee, I want to see President Trump,” Hostin continued. “I want to see First Lady Melania, I want to see Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick.”

Goldberg’s Own Epstein Ties
This comes one month after admitted Goldberg admitted on The View that her name is in the Jeffrey Epstein files. It was featured in an email exchange with Epstein from back in 2013. In the message, Goldberg was trying to find a private jet to take her to a charity event in Monaco.
“In the name of transparency, my name is in the files. Yes!” Goldberg confessed.
Goldberg proceeded to read the email out loud, stating, “It says, ‘Whoopi needs a plane to get to Monaco… Julian Lennon’s charity is paying for it. They don’t want to charter so they’re looking for private owners. Here’s the info.'”
“And they give all the information and they’re saying, ‘Do you want to offer your G2?'” she added. Epstein responded by simply saying, “no thanks.”
“So in other words, anybody can be on this list?” asked her co-host Joy Behar.
“This is my point because when I tell you, people are trying to turn me into … I wasn’t his girlfriend, I wasn’t his friend,” Goldberg lamented. “I was not only too old [for him], but it was at a time where this is just not — you used to have to have facts before you said stuff.”
Goldberg Doubles Down
Behar chimed back in to claim that President Trump is mentioned in the Epstein files “38,000 times.”
“I can’t speak to him, but I’m speaking about me because I’m getting dragged,” Goldberg continued. “People actually believe that I was with him. It’s like honey, come on. Every man that I’ve ever been with, you’ve known about because either the Enquirer wrote about it, people wrote about this stuff. So, no.”
“I didn’t get on the plane because you know what I would have to do to get on the plane?” she added. “They’re trying to get me to get on a plane [to go to the charity event].”

Given Goldberg’s own ties to Epstein, it should come as no surprise that she’s so quick to defend Clinton. Only time will tell how this all turns out for the both of them.
