Sharon Stone has enjoyed a decades-long career in Hollywood. During that time, she’s shared the screen with some of Hollywood’s most dashing leading men.

In a new interview, Stone is speaking out to reveal who the “best kisser” is in Hollywood. The actor that she picks may come as a surprise to some, but she’s standing by it!

Stone Reveals ‘Best Kisser In The Business’

While being interviewed on SiriusXM’s “Radio Andy” this week, Stone named her Casino co-star Robert De Niro as “the best kisser in the business.”

“We did this scene where I have to go to the bathroom, and because I play this hustler, I get him to give me money to go,” explained Stone, 68. “He gives me this money and I look at him like, ‘Really? I think a little more than $50 for the bathroom.’ And he … reaches in, and he gives me, like, $100, and then I lean over, and I kiss him.”

Stone went on to gush that the kiss “really just knocked me out.”

When director Martin Scorsese called “Cut,” he let the actors know that he’d gotten the shot. However, he added that they could do it again if they wanted to.

“We both looked at him and went, ‘Yeah, I think maybe we need one more,'” Stone recalled.

Stone’s Previous Comments

This is actually not the first time that Stone has praised De Niro, 82, as the “best kisser” she’s shared the screen with. Indeed, she made similar comments about the actor during a September of 2020 episode of “Watch What Happens Live.” There, she named De Niro as being “far and away the best kisser.”

Stone went on to explain that “there was just so much attached to” the kiss because De Niro was “the actor that I admired the most.” This meant that all she wanted was to be able to “hold my own” while acting across from him.

“I was just so madly in love with him as an actress to start with, that he probably could have hit me in the head with a hammer and I would have been like, ‘Oh yeah!’” she recalled. “It was pretty fabulous, so I don’t know that I could compare anything else to that. Everything else was kind of like, meh.”

In Casino, which came out in 1995, Stone portrays a former hustler and wife of mob enforcer Nicky Santoro (Joe Pesci), who works for Sam “Ace” Rothstein (de Niro), the head of the Tangiers Casino.

The movie was a huge hit and remains a classic to this day. Stone won a Golden Globe for her work in the film, and she was also nominated for an Oscar for Best Actress in a Leading Role. Though she lost that award to Susan Sarandon for Dead Man Walking, it’s clearly a role that Stone still looks back fondly on decades later.

Stone’s Next Role

Stone is next set to star in the highly anticipated third season of the HBO drama Euphoria. There, she’ll utitilize her decades of experience in Hollywood by playing a showrunner. The show features many young stars, including Sydney Sweeney, Zendaya, and Jacob Elordi. Stone made it clear that she enjoyed working with the next generation of Hollywood stars.

“We see these people with such a sense of joy and nostalgia. I remember when I was in that phase of my career…and I remember when this particular thing was happening in my career,” Stone said while being interviewed on Today with Jenna & Sheinelle. “It’s so wonderful to be able to actually have an answer to any questions that they may have.”

Stone concluded that even when she didn’t have an answer to their question, “I at least have a similar experience.”

Stone has cemented herself as a true Hollywood legend. If you love her as much as we do, be sure to check out Euphoria when it premieres on HBO Max on Sunday, April 12!
