It’s been three months since the legendary Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne passed away at age 76 after a battle with Parkinson’s disease. Now, Ozzy’s beloved wife Sharon, who he was married to for 43 years, has sadly been hit with yet another death that has brought her to her knees.

Sharon’s Beloved Dog Dies

Sharon, 73, took to Instagram on Sunday to reveal that her dog Elvis, a Siberian husky, has passed away.

“I can’t believe I am posting this but my darling Elvis passed away this week. He gave me 14 precious years.”

“He was by my side until the end,” she continued. “Rest in peace my darling boy!”

Sharon previously lost her Pomeranian Rocky back in August of 2024, nearly a year before Ozzy passed away.

“Two days ago I lost my good friend Rocky who has been at my side for 15 years,” Ozzy wrote on social media at the time. “I’ll see you on the other side my friend. I love you always.”

Ozzy Passes Away

Sadly, Ozzy himself died in August of this year.

“It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning,” the Osbourne family told People Magazine after his death. “He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time.”

Last month, Sharon opened up about Ozzy’s death on Instagram. She did so alongside a video of herself taking part in falconry.

“Though I’m still finding my footing, I wanted to share some glorious creatures I had the chance to spend an afternoon with,” Sharon wrote in the caption. “The connection you make with these powerful birds is built entirely on trust and confidence. They’ll choose to perch on you only if they sense you are safe and unafraid of them.”

“It’s a bond I know all too well, and the experience was nothing short of magical,” she continued. “I love you all, and I thank you deeply for the otherworldly amount of love you continue to send my way.”

Sharon Struggles With Ozzy’s Death

Earlier this month, Sharon’s son Jack revealed that his mother is not coping well with Ozzy’s death.

“You know, when people have been asking me that question, I say, ‘She’s okay, but she’s not okay’,” Jack, 39, told Good Morning America.

When asked if Sharon can “feel the affection and appreciation,” Jack replied, “Oh my god, yeah. I know she feels the love.”

“None of us expected it to be like this, with that outpour of love,” he continued. “Every child sits there and kind of has this thought about one day that parents won’t be there, and what will that be like. It’s just a part of being human. We just didn’t think of it. It was a different weight to it, you know?”

Jack is the youngest of Ozzy and Sharon’s three children. Indeed, they are also parents to daughters Aimee, 42, and Kelly, 40.

This has clearly been a very difficult time for Sharon and her entire family. Please join us in saying a prayer for them as they mourn both Ozzy and Elvis!
