Earlier this week, we reported that Meghan Markle had pushed back the release of her Netflix series With Love, Meghan due to the Los Angeles wildfires. Indeed, it was supposed to be released today, but Meghan has pushed it back to March 4.

Now, sources close to Meghan are claiming that the wife of Prince Harry is “confident” that this Netflix show is going to be a success.

Meghan Is ‘Confident’ About Her Netflix Show

“She is so confident it’s going to do well and she will get the accolades she deserves for it, which will finally shut some people up. She can’t wait,” a source told OK! Magazine.

“She has always been confident in her own abilities and while her confidence took a knock when she was in the royal family, she is riding high again and she’s so proud of this show,” the insider continued.

The source went on to say that Meghan  “doesn’t really mention” her royal connections in front of the cameras.

“People tend to underestimate her, but Meghan knows what the audience wants and she is giving them that with this show,” the insider added. “People always open up to her because she listens and cares. She knows the audience will warm to her if they give the show a chance.”

With Love, Meghan consists of eight episodes that are each 33 minutes long. The show will follow Meghan in the kitchen as she is joined by her famous friends like her former Suits co-star Abigail Spencer and the former The Office co-star Mindy Kaling.

Meghan Delays Release Of Netflix Show

Meghan announced earlier this week that she would be delaying the release of her Netflix show due to the wildfires.

“I’m thankful to my partners at Netflix for supporting me in delaying the launch, as we focus on the needs of those impacted by the wildfires in my home state of California,” Meghan told People Magazine.

This comes days after Meghan, 43, and Harry, 40, spoke out to address the wildfires. The blazes are raging near their home in Montecito, California.

“In the last few days, wildfires in Southern California have raged through neighborhoods and devastated families, homes, schools, medical care centers, and so much more – affecting tens of thousands from all walks of life,” they said in a statement obtained by Daily Mail. “A state of emergency has been issued. If you feel compelled to help, here are some resources and ideas.”

Meghan And Harry Urge People To Take Action

Meghan and Harry went on to urge anyone who can do so to “open their home” to those impacted by the wildfires. They also called on their fans to make donations to the American Red Cross.

“If a friend, loved one, or pet has to evacuate and you are able to offer them a safe haven in your home, please do,” they continued. “And be sure to check in with any disabled or elderly neighbors to see if they need help evacuating,”

“Some families and people have been left with nothing. Please consider donating clothing, children’s toys & clothing, and other essentials,” Meghan and Harry concluded. “The American Red Cross is on the ground helping those in need.”

Only time will tell if Meghan’s new Netflix show does as well as she’s anticipating that it will. Please join us in saying a prayer for all those impacted by the California wildfires.
